I m soooooooooooooooooooo confused

i m soo confused after watching the last episode. how could the police come at the walia house and arrest jassi didnt nandu phone jassi a couple of days a goo and tell her that gulmohar and cohenoor belonged to her soo if she owns the 2 companies than cant she transfer the money where ever she wants soo howw can they areast jassi or his family members if any one has a clarification to this can u plese tell me.

Well from how I see it - she is the Chairman of the company, but the money is still Gulmohor/Kohinoor's - she cannot transfer it to her own name. In such a case it is embezzlement. Hope this makes sense 😊
