Kinshuk turns 23!
Kinshuk Mahajan of Bidaai (Star Plus) turns 23 today and the Delhi lad wasted no time when he found out he was off on his birthday. He immediately caught a flight home to celebrate with his family.
"FORTUNATELY, I got an off and came to Delhi yesterday. I'll be celebrating my birthday with my family. For all my friends in Delhi, I'll treat them today. As for my Mumbai friends, I'll throw them a party once I reach Mumbai," says an elated Kinshuk.
Being an Arian, Kinshuk possessed many of his star sign's traits. The actor, who believes that karma plays a major role in one's life, tells us, "I am not at all dominating like Arians yet I am very adventurous. I love to explore new things whenever I can. Another Arian quality which I possess is that I would rather lead than follow. I am also rebellious to an extent. I believe in healthy competition and not one filled with negativity."
But when it comes to his relationships, Kinshuk does not behave like an Arian at all. He says, "Arians are very possessive but that is not true in my case. I believe that every individual has the right to live in his/her own space. Hence I believe in giving people their space."
On his 23rd birthday, we asked the actor what gifts he is expecting to get from his friends and family. He says, "I am not expecting any gifts as such. I just want the blessings of my parents. I am sure my sister Kratika will give me something but before she can give it to me, she'll first ask for a return gift."
Recalling his most memorable birthday, Kinshuk says, "It was the year before last when I started on a leprosy mission. I support a leprosy association in Delhi itself, which I have been associated with for the past two years. Being associated with a noble cause gives me a nice feeling."
As for his most memorable gift, the actor says, "My parents sponsored 50% of the amount I paid for the new flat which I recently bought in Malad. It really makes me feel obliged!"
