But whipping? Or Salmans fire act? Its one thing to revive a good thing that is dying out, but flogging a dead horse? Already Remo is paying for his politics, or at least the Purohit sisters are. All the three girls in his team were in the bottom. I think the mentors should steer back the competition towards dance, and not dangerous antics to prove a point.

By the way interesting title. I was so curious to peek in what the post was about ! 😉

I totally agree with you. I always felt that Mangesh time after time has to prove himself, when he is equally talented as the rest of them. I just didn't appreciate his whipping or the conjoined twins dance. Definitely, I must commend him for doing that but Remo should really give him something else to perform. And this whole fire stunt and rope climbing needs to be stopped. I am tired of seeing that and would like to see something else being performed other than these dangerous antics. And to top it all off we have to hear Mithun da saying not to try any of these at home ! 😆

Wow, I am no big fan of the stunts over-dose but the number of people going after Remo while supporting Terence and showing him to be some kind of light in all the darkness is ridiculous...

What in the world has Mayuresh been doing for the last 2 weeks? If those were not stunts, I don't know what is.

And about all the people going crazy writing off Remo's folk dances and pointing out the lack of dance, what happened when Mayuresh did Chandni Chowk to China? Most of you were talking about how it's a dance form from China and we should understand that traditional dance forms have little in terms of actual dancing.

I don't mind people disliking any choreographers or any contestants for that matter, but the double standards is appalling.

And the idea that some of you understand what is happening in everyone's mind, wow, what are you guys doing writing comments on the internet...you should all be working for some top intelligence organizations.

Give all the choreographers and contestants a break and appreciate the show for actually demonstrating so much art and talent, unlike most other reality shows. For once we have a show that does not thrive on politics and verbal show-downs between judges, but it seems like us Indians like to create politics where there is none.

Lovely.

Whipping and burning were not folk dances - at least I feel it that way. I am not from any of those regions, so I had to go with what I have done as folk dances and what I have seen as folk dances. Regarding the Chinese dance Mayuresh did, I have seen Chinese Martial Arts dance performance, and it's quite similar to what Mayuresh did. But again, I didnt enjoy it as much as I enjoyed his ring dance. Even the pole dance wasnt as enjoyable as the ring number, but the fact that he did them with a smiling face and a relaxed body make me appreciate them. I liked Siddhesh's Kuchipudi and Kathakali a lot more than the acrobatics. Anyway, I honestly believe Mangesh has a lot of talent that hasnt been displayed on the show yet, and he truly deserves to have the chances to show his real talent than the whipping drama... IMHO.
