hgeyy guys
first of all sorry for posting this in the wrong forum but i really need help!
im 16 and work a full time job to help support my family
my dads disabled
my mom was notified she was getting a job within this week, but there have been no calls since, and she has no job. she called them back, and they said theyd hired someone else who was somehow related to them.
my mom asked me to quit from my job and i gave my two weeks notice, which is up on thursday. this is becuase once she started her job id no longer have a ride to get to work since it is far.
but i cant quit anymore, becuase otherwise my family will be left without anyone to fend for us.
i dont want to look like a fool and begfor my job again, but i cant quit now. what should i do and say to get my job back...
will i still be able to keep my job?

i can help u get your answer but u dont make sense..

read this line youve put:

I am in HR and here is my advice...talk to your boss about it. Tell them what is going on and that you want to take back your resignation if possible. But, keep in mind that it might not be possible to take it back if they have already recruited some1 else for the position.

You dont have to beg...just be professional about it.
