I am not sure which actor you are pointing at 😆 But there are actors who work for big banner but do good movies, Where you don't need songs or dance around trees.

Aamir has been promoting his movies very well. Like he did promote Imran khan for JTYJN promotion and his movie Ghajini promotion. If Actors don't care to promote their movie, then it's a shame. What can harm you by promoting your own movie?
