Who is this show produced by??

I know not ekta kappor coz the title's not "Kahni ek ladki anjani ki."

hmmm?im not sure.. but your right its not ikta..

Yeah, it is not Ekta for sure. All that I know is that it is produced by Prime Channel. 😕

Two producers for Ek Ladki!

in Ek Ladki Anjaani Si
Barely a month after its launch, Sony daily Ek Ladki Anjaani Si seems to be treading a rocky path. After rumblings about the way the production was being handled, comes the news that one more producer has been roped in for the show.

This daily, the desi adaptation of Venezuelan soap Juana La Virgen, was launched with Shrey Guleri of Prime Channel as producer.

On Saturday, the cast was informed that Sheel Kumar, of Shreya Creations, will handle the show. The channel, however, maintains that both production houses will jointly produce the show.

Division of labour

When asked about the new development, Sheel Kumar says, "Yes, we are producing Ek Ladki Anjaani Si now. We have been told to look after the production aspects, while Shrey Guleri will do the creative supervision."
This joint venture has been initiated by the channel, to help streamline shoots and meet deadlines.

No planning

In the last few weeks, there were reports that scenes were being shot till early morning, for episodes to be aired the same night.

One more team?

A couple of days ago, Gautam Mishra of Optymystix was seen helping the show. When asked if Optymystix was involved too, Vipul D Shah said, "It was just a friendly gesture. Gautam Mishra knows Shrey and was just helping out, for a few days."

Ek Ladki Anjaani Si stars Kanchi Kaul, Vaishnavi, Shakti Anand and Hiten Paintal, and went on air from November 21. It revolves around the protagonist Anu, a victim of a medical error, which alters her life forever.

Not the first time

This is not the first time that Shrey Guleri of Prime Channel has had to give up a show.

In November 2004, the Star Plus daily Dekho Magar Pyar Se, produced by him, was handed over to Anuradha Prasad's BAG Films. Dekho Magar Pyar Se was later taken off the air, in September 2005.

Its Prime Channel - Nirja Guleri Production, but now there is another producer to it 😃
