No, Pammi is faking pregnancy ...
KA were married but due to some misunderstandings created by Nitya mostly, Arpita and Pammi, Kavya suspected that the baby Anjali was carrying was not his and that Anjali was having an affair with Yug.
(He does not remember consummating their marriage because Nitya had mixed something into his drink the only night they made love).
So he was shocked when he heard of Anjali's pregnancy and then saw her hanging out with Yug a lot, talking to him on the phone, messaging etc and finally he heard her in the hospital saying to Yug "tumne hamare bachche ko bacha liya." She meant her's and Kavya's child, but Kavya thought she meant Yug and her child so the misunderstanding grew and finally Kavya lost her brains completely when he saw Anjali hugging Yug in hotel room.
Anyway, she left b/c she could not stand the way Kavya had abused and insulted her. Then Nitya started the divorce proceedings by forging Anjali's signature. Finally, Kavya found out that baby is his just last month thanks to Vayu...
That was a bad summary but hopefully you get the gist.
