Punji's Past With Other Women - your thoughts

Ok Ill do my best not to make this post tooo long..! LOL

Anyways, after watching the past few episodes and seeing how expertly Arjun knows how to handle potentially explosive situations ( regarding women..i.e Rupali, Arohi etc), I've started thinking that maybe his mom leaving isnt the only reason why he hates women...? Do you guys think Arjun might have had a relationship (s) with someone else before coming to Shimla..like maybe in college or something that ended on a sour note ? Anyways love to hear your thoughts as always and please excuse my slowness if this has been discussed already in length!
