Rimjhim is cautious about the children and decided to create principles among them. Rakesh informs everyone that he has decided to make Om the Managing Director of the company. Bhavani tries to make Rakesh understand to reconsider of his decision but in vain. Yashoda warns Rakesh that he will have to repent for this decision. In the Board of Directors meeting Rakesh appoints Om as the Managing Director and announces that Om will look after the entire company. Megha decides to conduct the party for completion of exam at her own house. She also invites Om and Vicky for the party. The party starts. All are dancing and having drinks. Megha has crossed all the limits. Avinash tells Megha not to stop the party but to avoid the misconduct in it. Megha shouts at Avinash. Seeing this Rimjhim slaps Megha.
