Sure Kavs,
In the first few KMH episodes Vikas Gupta (an ex-empoyee of Arjun's) had abused a girl (Saloni) who worked in Arjun's office. Arohi then told Arjun to fire Vikas (as he is a rapistđĄ). Arjun then said that he will fire him and leave the police to deal with him. So basically he's a monkey.
