Rash, either Hiten knows something that we don't yet about possible issues between DM and Subhi. or Hiten has a huge misunderstanding about their relationship that will get cleared up in time at which point he will start loving his dad.

But story will end if that is revealed so soon. So we get to enjoy the ego clashes till then.
