what might be some possible reasons of him pretending to be gaurav if he is prem?

May be he is PREM but he just doesn't know it yet. Cuz he wud've told Heer by now weather he's Prem or not. From the time they have met each other, i don't think Prem has said anything to her that was rude or mean or insulting. He's been so nice to her and all. After hearing all her rude comments about selling family and stuff.. Gaurav/Prem has been really nice towards her. I am sure he's Prem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

mayb he wants 2 noe dat y RR is avenging dem

well what if he is gaurav but got hold of some kind of diary someone said or maybe video or something like that and if he is prem than he might be doing this because RR might be blackmailing him

RR n Prem might planned to make heer hate him so that way he can prove to RR that he is not Prem but gaurav.

see the only person who thinks that prem is not prem, but gaurav, just now, is heer. so technically, the only person that prem's pretending to be gaurav with is heer, no? and he might be pretending to be gaurav 'cause:

a. he can't believe how heer would not believe that he is not prem! even though she saw him shake hands with ratpal, being prem, he thinks that heer should trust him - anyway!! 😆 so to punish her, he's continuing to say he's gaurav.

b. he wants heer to stay close to him. no really, listen! when he is prem, heer is happy and doing housework and looking after gayatri-mom and everything. when he's gaurav, heer keeps close to him and watches him all the time. so you see, this is the deep reason that prem's pretending to be gaurav with heer... 😆
