Shantanu found out the truth from the peon and going by the preview, he will tell Nirmala what the peon told him. I have a feeling that Nirmala, just to save the family honor, will refuse to believe Shantanu. After all, Nirmala hid her husband's infidelity from the world for years, so I can see her hiding her son's truth also. She will understand Aradhana's predicament but will stay silent.
