Great update, Ananya!
Somehow, I'm not liking the typecast of Sanjeevan: one day, he was singing praises of Rama, and now, in addition to casting aspersions on Sita, he adapts an unbelievably hateful attitude towards his wife. Just feeds the stereotypes of those who cast Rama-bhakts as such double-faced hypocrites.😔
And if the Sagars are trying to draw a parallel between their separation and Rama-Sita's (like Usha trodding in the woods barefoot is like how Sita will be doing it later), it looks like a strong anti-parallel: Sanjeevan snatches his son from Usha, but are the Sagars trying to imply that this would be anything like when Sita leaves K-L with Rama? 😕 I didn't like this plot 😔
Another thing I didn't get - why was Rama furious at Bhadransh instead of the guards in question:😕 Bhadransh wasn't the one who turned away the woman? And if he thinks the tradition in question needs to change so that the king can be interrupted anytime, why doesn't he just issue an executive order?😕
Precap: shouldn't Sita be knowing she's pregnant before the rishi does? 😆Or is he actually a vaid?😳
