kul's poem

thanks alot naina, I was looking for it. I loved it, its simply an awesome poem, it sounded so better from Kulwant's mouth; his deep strong voice suited well with it. I loved the expressions that he had but Geet looked dull and blank during it. I wish I was in Geet's place. I however dont understand some of the words that are in the poem. All and all a very romantic poem, I was blushing when they showed it

hi girls... i'm no expert in this, but I'll try and give the translation a go. I wont give you a literal translation because it sounds funny, so I'll and get as close to the idea as I can. Please excuse the mistakes and feel free to jump in and correct....

ake tere shehar mein, main badnam ho gaya
the minute I walked into your world, I was finished

tujhse main kya mila ke saare aam kho gaya
and I was lost as soon as I met you

charcha hi mere pyar ka ek aisa sabak bana
that just the mention of my love has become a lesson for all

itni hi der mein shuru ko aram hogaya
(not too sure about this line...sorry)

kaisi kashish hai pyar mein
The attraction/ desire in this love

koi daira nahi
has no boundary

tere hi khayalon mein subha shaam kho gaya
that I'm now lost in your thoughts day and night.

wow thanks naina dear for the translation and I cant believe how beautiful and romantic its meanings are. I don't know where to start...this man has captured my mind, I cant stop thinking about him...like he said: "tere hi khayalon mein subha shaam kho gaya"

oh and his voice...I actually managed to download this part (thank God) and I've already seen this part like 100 times and still watching now. It feels like he his saying that poem for me not for Geet (daydreaming)
