Zee has taken a U-turn and has altered its decision of pulling off Dulhann. But to accommodate their new showAgle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo, which was earlier set to replace Dulhann, they are now planning to axe Balaji Telefilms' Kasamh Se. This news has come as a respite for the actors of Dulhann.

Informs a source from Kasamh Se, "The show is ending not because of TRPs but because of the actors. The actors are not interested in doing the show anymore thus the decision. We were informed yesterday that the show will wind up in 10 days."

The latest development on the channel is that Sphere Origin's Saat Phere will replace Kasamh Seand Swastik's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiya Hi Kijo will air at 9:30 P.M. from 16th March.

When contacted, an exhilarated Kamya who plays Sindoora said, "I am very happy with the channel's decision. Dulhann always had a decent TRP so why axe the show? The show is about three people - Kamya, Divyanka and Sharad and how can we let our show end. We questioned the authorities about the decision and they had to rethink and finally change their decision. This show is very close to my heart and I was depressed for the last two days when I was told that the show is ending."

Ajay Bhalwankar, Zee's Programming Head, confirmed the news

I don't blame the actors for not wanting to do the show. The storyline or lack of it, the inconsistencies, the bloopers, the depraved plots, the inane dialogues and sorry but the substandard Gen X did nothing to draw viewers back to KS which started with so much promise.

I couldn't stand seeing RK reduced to a bit player and the wonderful character Jai Walia who he imbued with life reduced to a buffoon. So although it is bittersweet, it is better that KS ends. It ended in October of 2006 for me when the creatives thought it was a great storyline to have a sali and her jiju do the wild thing..ewwww.
I will miss seeing RK and I will miss this forum. I have become a silent reader and it was my daily guilty pleasure of coming on to this forum every day. What will I now do with my time?

Mala,
Come to the JDJ forum. RK is doing a lot of masti on JDJ and it's a fun break. He was punished last week for breaking all the rules and he has to hula this week.

Indrani,

I'll visit the JDJ forum. I wish I had Sony so I could see JDJ.
I'm laughing trying to picture him doing the hula. Hopefully he won't wear a grass skirt.....

You are welcome henna. I have not seen KS in a long time so this news is more bittersweet. I think I will miss the little activity on the forum more than anything. But happy also as I want to see the actors in a new show. JW, Jigz all of them have been so mutilated that it's best the show ends.

Boys Before Flowers will have you Adddddddddicted (still airing in Korea till 30th March) but if you want a completed show then My Name Kim Sam Soon is hilarious - it will have you in splits.
@Megz, it will be odd to see the actors (esp the leads) in a different show, with American shows im used to it (minus all the Friends cast) but indian shows i dnt know why i feel as if it doesnt quite work
