March 5th - Indian Highlights

The house is dressed up for a wedding - looks really nice.
Thouji says that everyone should go and get dressed as it's time for Varun to get on the horse.
Thaijis says they should go and get dressed.

Dharam is putting on his pagri, and Janki comes there and looks at him. They compliment each other.
It's a nice moment between the two of them - Dharam says she looks nice, but there is just one thing missing.
He takes out some flowers and puts them in her hair.

Rishabh comes looking for his Pagri - he says that Rani is dressed very fast, but Rani says she also has to get Payal ready.
Rishabh and Rani have a nice moment together.

The brothers are getting Varun ready and he's all dressed up.
The girls are getting payal ready.

Varun is sitting at the mandap and waiting for Payal. They get her ready and bring her down the stairs. Varun is happy she is coming.
She goes and sits with Varun.
A man is there looking at Payal strangely, and then is surprised.
He says that Harish is a good man because he has picked a nachniwali (dancing girl) as a bahu - she is a whore.
Everyone is surprised.
Harish says that this girl is going to be his house's bahu. He is upset that she has been insulted, but the man says he is not kidding.
The man says to ask her what she is.
NO ONE ASKS THE MAN HOW HE KNOWS THAT SHE IS A DANCING GIRL.
Harish says for Payal to tell everyone that the man is wrong - he says that they are with her and she should not be scared.
She can't say anything and the man says that she keeps her eyes lowered, and this tells the truth - she has made everyone a fool.
The man says that the family has a lot of respect in the community and this girl cannot be part of the family.

Thaiji says that this was bound to happen.
She says that Rani and Janki thought they were older people, but this is the result of their actions.
It's a good thing that before the marriage, they found out the truth.
Payal is very upset - Thaiji goes there and says that Payal is without shame as she is still sitting here.
Thaiji tells her to get out, and Varun says that Payal is not going anywhere.
