guys i think the creatives are dropping us hints that this is our prem ..if u remember he didn't learn the puja list and he threw it out and when they asked him ki itna samaan kahan se le aaye then he remembered each and everything they like so it has to be prem...đ
there is a possibility of something else too..
maybe gaurav's parents have saved prem and he is doing this to help them...maybe rr has kidnapped gaurav's parents and he has asked prem to do all that...that could be the master plan...maybe he wants prem 's family to disown him so that prem also feels the pain of being left alone....the way prem left sanjana..rr wants heer and juneja's to leave prem too...
but by the way he looks at heer it says very loudly that " I, Prem juneja, am very proud of u my heer"
