For all those who think girls cannot perform tricks or do it just as good as the boys. For some reason, I was watching MTV on my lazy Sunday. Its a change from Disney. And this girl dance group BeatFreaks blew my mind. They are absolutely versatile and awesome - check them out. The season Finale of ABDC is on March 5th and I am rooting for BeatFreaks to be the first female crew to win.

ABDC Week 6- Totally awesome tricks here. Look at the girl headspinning - she wears her sunglasses while doing it.

ABDC Week 3 - Starts out with some masculine moves and flips to the more sexy feminine ones.
