INTRODUCTION
There was somebody lying on the bed. She was dressed in a simple salwar-suit. Her face looked natural, sans make-up. Her hair was tangled. She tugged the pillow with her fingers. Her eyes were covered by the other hand. There was small sounds of sniffling.
Sonia looked at Radhika. She shrugged. Their best friend was crying AGAIN. They thought that they had almost done with their mission , when she had started crying again. Sonia tugged Radhika to say something. But she made a face and went towards the dressing table , and engrossed herself in arranging the ornaments placed there.
Sonia sat on the bed. Muskaan was again crying. Okay. So I know its pretty difficult when your parents arrange your marriage with some one you dont like. Okay. Sorry. The person whom you HATE.But then shes been crying since a week. Had she been successful? No. Her parents were yet not convinced. They thought that Rahul was the perfect match for her. I dunno why Muskaan doesnt like him. Hes cute..hes hot..hes rich..given a chance..I would..Oops..later..I already have someone. She blushed. Uuh.oh..Im here to convince Muskaan.
"Muskaan...rone se kya fayda?" She made sure she was soft. Her words shouldn't back-fire. "Teri shaadi to.."
Muskaan took her hand away..showing of her eyes wet with tears. "Meri shaadi to?"
"Mera matlab woh nahin hai. Dekh tu ek kaam kar..teri mummyji-daddyji to man nahin rahe hai. Tune Rahul se baat ki? Kya woh tujhse shaadi karna chahta hai?"
"Woh bhi nahin karna chahta..Ye jo hamare mummyji-daddyji hai na..man karta hai..charon ka milke main gala daba dun."
"Muskaan!!" Radhika said sternly.
Muskaan had a guilty expression. "Sorry."
"Dekh aaj teri engagement hi to hai? Shaadi ko to time hai. Engagement karne main kya jaata hai?Shaadi se tu.. " Radhika said with a twinkle in her eye.
"Shut up Radhika. Galat raasta mat dikhao." Sonia replied. "Muskaan ab utho jaldi se..aur ready ho jao."
All three of them got up to get Muskaan ready for her engagment.
Sonia , Muskaan and Radhika had been best - friends since long. Though being of different personalities, they were one. Strong friendship bounded them.

He was on the easy chair. Dressed in jeans and a black vest he adjusted back putting his legs on the study table. He was reading a book on hypnotism
intently.
"Kash ye to kaam aye. " He thought. He knew it wouldn't be possible. But he wanted to try each and everything to stop this baseless marriage. Suddenly their parents got an attack and wanted them married. How stupid was it. He would rather die than getting married to Muskaan Chadda of all.
He heard the door click and he jerked up the chair. He pushed the book under the table right on time. It was his mom and Armaan. They were chuckling. Sometimes he thought that maybe he and Armaan got exchanged during birth. Armaan was so close to his parents more than he himself.
"Rahul bete..tum ab tak tayar nahin huye? Dekha Armaan beta..Ab tum hi ise kuch samjhao. Shaadi hone waali hai iski." Said his mom.
Armaan stood there with a bright smile. "Aap chinta mat kijiye mummy main huna..'Armaan the great.'" He said with livley actions. Rahul kicked him. He hid his pain and smiled at mummyji and sent her away.
"Abey itna hi shauk hai to khud kyun nahin shaadi kar leta..idiot..tu mera dost hai to mera side le..mera man karta hai.." He said it in a breath.
"Dude. Jus chillax. Aaj teri engagment..hai aur tu ye kaise baitha hai..aadha nanga." Indicating his clothes.
"Armaan main yahan se bhag raha hun. Im just running away." He went towards his cupboard to take out his bags. "Mujhe uss pagal se shaadi nahin karni. tni kam umar main mujhe pagal hone ka koi shauk nahin hai. Main Delhi chala jaata hun. Jab ye sab khatam ho jaye to mujhe phone kar dena..Ill come back."
"Pagal tu already ho gaya hai." He threw his bag. "Tu kahin nahin jaa raha hai. Soch yaar..free main diamond ring milenge..Itne gifts milenge..wow!" His eyes gleamed. Meanwhile Rahul gave him a cold stare.
"For your kind information. Im a doctor..I earn well and my dad is rich enough to buy me 100 rings..and 1000 gifts. Idiot."
"Whatever. Main aise hi keh raha tha. Muskaan is not so bad also yaar. Shes beautiful..um..she is..she is.."
"She is...??"
"Shes beautiful..shes sexy..shes cute..shes nice..bas thodi si pagal hai...thodi gusse wali hai..but she is veryyy sweet."
"Thodi se? Haha. Yaya..and very sweet. Shes stupid..shes dumb..she has no brains..and..and..." Rahul replied.
"Agar tumhara character sketch khatam hogaya ho to..please aap apni dress change kar lenge."
Rahul sighed and sat on the bed. "I dont like her. I really dont. Mummy Papa kyun nahin samajh rahen hai?"
Armaan patted him on the shoulders. "Its okay. Maybe she is your destiny..and you may like her later on?Shes not that bad."
"Lets see.."
Armaan and Rahul joined Sanjeevani during the same time. They also were accquaitned during their college. But Sanjeevani had brought them closer and made them the best of friends. They're internship would be over soon and he wished that it never ends. He had his best moments of his life during this period. Few of them also included with Muskaan. Their silly fights. Gosh. He'd been so childish.
