As all of you have noticed, the producers of the show are trying to trick us by saying Prem is not Prem but in fact Gaurav. I agree, i didn't think it was him at all, BUT PREM IS PREM because of Gayatri. In this show, the force and power of Gayatri and Prem's love for one another as mother and son is the only thing that has kept her alive, since Prem has been gone. Don't you think she would have realized that Gaurav/Prem is not her son? He can fool everyone except for her. And since the beginning of the show, everything that is happening with Prem, Gayatri already knows....so he is Prem. What do you think? đł
