why does veera hate ishan

I am new to this show so can some one explain why veera hates ishan,

Welcome. First of all his name is vivan. He thinks that he is very charming and handsome and he can make any girl fall in love with him. He tried his formula on Veera, but it didn't any difference to veera coz she knows him from college days. He even breaks Veera's engagement with Nishant. He does everything to win veera's heart, but Veera doesn't pay attention to him. Vivan's frients make fun of him that his charms doen't work anymore. He bet his friends that one day this girl will say,"Vivan, I love u". He had an accident and got injured and stopped paying attention to Veera on purpose. Somehow Juhi(Veera's freind)made Veera feel that Vivan loves her very much. It was Vivan's Birthday. He called Only Veera. When Veera said I love u to Vivan, Vivan's friends came out lauging and said that vivan's charms can make fall an y girl fall for him even Veera. Vivan tells veera that he doesn't love her, it was just a bet. Thats all. this is why she hates him.

Good explanation, HEHAR86. To add to what you already wrote, Vivaan later actually starts to fall in love with Veera.. He was falsely implicated on some drug charges once in Dubai Airport but Veera who was an air hostess was around.. Vivan who sees Veera from a distance tells the officer that Veera would be able to prove his innocence and that his name was Vivaan and not the one who was carrying drugs (some other name forget what). The problem was that Vivan's bags were exchanged and he did not even have his passport with him for identification. Veera comes over once the officer calls her and proves Vivaan's innocence by telling the officer that she knows him and that his name was Vivan Survanshi. The reason - she did not want to stoop as low as Vivaan and play the tit for tat game. Vivaan is highly grateful and realizes that he is really in love with her..But Veera continues to dislike him more than ever.
