I liked today's episode! :) all the dancers looked so proffesional, my fav. performance was the one with the two sisters, Bhavna and Khusboo, and the one they all call Salman! And I loved the way Terrance's group danced!

hussain mini r just the best no doubt abt that...however putting them aside i dont really like saumya much so when i started watching the show yest i didnt hav much expectation from her..but i must say for a first timer both jay and saumya did do pretty well..saumya was looking very pretty the dress really suited her jay was looking gud too and for firts time hosts they did do pretty well they did hav a lot of energy,..i mean compare them to ali sarah (who hosted one epi of nach baliye) and u'll knwo wht i mean...more specifically compare sarah's hosting first time to saumya...saumya had lot more energy plus she didnt luk that much nervous and tense..so overall i wud say i'd give like to give them a chance to improve and for a first timer they were pretty gud..😊

The girl with Jay is the same girl who played Kareena's sister in Jab We Met 😆, and i think she is OK when it comes to hosting.

I thought the BIGGEST weakness is the hosting. Both of them are not good. I've seen both of them in serials, and I like them, but they are not good hosts. They lack emotion and connection with the audience, and I completely agree with you. Mini and Hussein are the BEST that I've seen so far. The hosts can make the show a hit or a flop. They need to change the hosts or make them better.

I also felt both the hosts need to do much better than this to connect to the participants and the audience.

another thing that was terrible in tonight's show was the editting.. it was awful! at one point the female host didnt even get to complete her sentence n the commercial break started. hope they improve their editting if nothing else.

Otherwise, the show talent-wise is lovely! :D i love it!

Anjali, I am so mad at myself. Jab We met is my most favorite movie. I have watched it over a hundred times. This is the movie that I show each and every American and non Indian friends when they come over to my house and they absolutely love it. I could not believe it that I did not recognize Roop from this movie. Only after I read your post here today that I paid attention and it was indeed Roop. Gosh!!!!!!!!! 😳😳 Thank you so much for pointing that out.

For me, the best hosting couple will always remain Hussein and Mini from indian idol, I mean just compare their hosting. The girl (sorry don't know her name) was being wayyy too professional and didn't show any real emotions, and it clearly looked like she had memorized a script and was just reading it off. She didn't connect with the contestants or make her hosting look real. I just hope she improves in the coming episodes. Now this was opinion on the strengths and weaknesses of today's show, feel free to share urs :)

omg i totally agree!!!! i didn't liek the girl either...but my husband kept saying how hot she was and how good she looked...so i guess we now know why she was picked to host! it was based on her looks...i would have loved tarana, rakshanda, mona singh...hey i think bani from kasam se would have been good too...the old bani...well her voice was a bit annoying ok scratch prachi desai...hmmmm they should have taken asma from sa re ga ma pa!!! the female host seemd really stiff...and felt forced...i don't know didn't like her...didn't connect with her thats why.
