So I watched the show which was telecasted in Canada today, February 20, 2009. Overall it was pretty good, the dancers are amazing, and I especially loved the performance of group 2 from "Terence ki Toli". Salman Khan, Rakhi and Paulson proved to be good entertainers. However, there was still something missing, which could have made the show even better, and according to me it was the lack of energy in the hosting. The girl, I forget her name, she is SO NOT a good host, I wonder y they picked her. I prefer Tarana over her, she would've connected to the contestants more cheerfully. I'm not even fond of Jai's hosting. Now to all his fans, I haven't seen Jai in any serial before so I have no biases, I am just commenting solely on his performance as a host, which is NOT very impressive. For me, the best hosting couple will always remain Hussein and Mini from indian idol, I mean just compare their hosting. The girl (sorry don't know her name) was being wayyy too professional and didn't show any real emotions, and it clearly looked like she had memorized a script and was just reading it off. She didn't connect with the contestants or make her hosting look real. I just hope she improves in the coming episodes.
