| 1 | Small grenn bell pepper |

| 1 | Small onion chopped or thin |
| 1/2 lb | Sliced smoked sausage |
| 3 oz | Sliced pepperoni |
| elbow macaroni/spaghetti | |
| uncooked | |
| 1/2 c | Milk |
| 1 | Beaten egg |
| 1/2 ts | Salt |
| 1 | (14-oz) jar past sauce any |
| flavor | |
| 2 c | Shredded mozzarella cheese |

| 1/2 lb | Ground beef small uncooked |
| bits | |
| sliced |
Prepare elbow macaroni according to package directions; drain.
In medium bowl, blend milk, egg and salt.
Add macaroni; mix well.
Spread evenly onto greased 14 inch round pizza pan.
Spoon sauce evenly over macaroni mixture.
Add toppings as directed from columns above.
Top with mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until macaroni mixture is set, about 40 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
