I'm not too sure about the Tarzan scene but I think Nupur's pseudo-confession (she was pretty drunk😆) was cut because the Creatives got the feeling that the audience wanted Mayur's relationship to develop more gradually😳. I mean they're still at the incessantly bickering stage so people probably want to see them become friends first.
