this means isaan is a grown up guy probaly in his teens around 16th to 18th and so is nihariks well around mayaby 13

One thing I would like to know is Wife of Dheer kanwarsa who went to her mayka for delivery why has she not come back???? Or story writers & directors just forgot about her 😲😆
