hey guys, in the precap, it showed prem asking heer where those nishaan came from. even i dont know where they came from? Do you guys know? if you do, please tell me. i am dying to know.

i think she got the nishan wen she had cut her hand so that she couldnt put menhdi wen rr was forcing her for the engagement............. and i think this might shed sum light on rajasthan and wat was goi n on that time............. and prem might cum to kno that how tresherous rr was and also about his badla i think this is just a way to move the track forward and we might also cum to know more about wherw prem.............
