As we can see that Dev falls short of words to tell everybody who the girl of her dreams is. Looks like he forgot that Radhika was the girl who came to him to give Vishakha's letter before the wedding took place. If nobody else, he can ask at least Vishakha who that girl was (obviously without letting her have a doubt). By this way he can easily get the identity of the girl of her dreams.😕

Sorry to burst your bubble but Dev gave Birju the letter to give and Birju thinks Vishaka is the one, so he gave her the letter. Dev thinks Radhika got the letter you see and hence to give her answer. So moot! 😆
