Hey everyone, Hope you all had a wonderful weekend. A new week of episodes of Sangam. Here;s hoping that we find out something important about Kaveri or S/G meet. I better get on with the update.
G is sitting in the staff room reading a book when Aryan comes and sits down beside her. He looks at the title of the book and reads it out loud. Its a book on the relationship of teacher and student. Aryan comments on G desire to get the children of her class into the competition. He reveals the factors needed in order to be a good student and none of those are apparent in the children in her class. Aryan says that the answer isn't even in the book that she is reading but offers a solution. The bell rings for start of class. He says an adage which goes along the lines of if you give the key to a treasure to a thief then he won't commit theft. In exactly that way, G should make the most naughtiest child in the class a monitor. If that happens then who will do the mischief. G looks intrigued by this solution. He smiles at her and leaves.
Anjali is in her principal's office crying. He is sitting on his chair watching her. She comments that she can't believe that her uncle had such a serious heart attack. He is so young and this happens to him. The principal opens his drawer and looks at Anjali. She doesn't see this. She asks whether she can go to Pune. He agrees. She thanks him. She turns around and begins to smile smugly while twining the hankerchief around her fingers. Just before she gets to the door, her voice is heard which explains about her plan. Anjali stops hearing the voice. The principal is holding a tape recorder out to her while her voice is playing. She truns around aghast at getting caught. The principal comments on her excuse and asks whether she thinks they are mentally retarded.

Anjali says that it wasn't her as someone has mimiced her voice. Principal retorts that they haven't as Reema has heard her discussing her plan and thankfully recorded the conversation. He also tells her that if she hadn't done that then even this time, she would have got Reema implicated in this and saved herself. Just like the letters sent to her uncle are stopped before reaching him. She tries to apologise but he stops her. He states that she wants to go to Pune so she can go but on her return she should bring her uncle with her or else she won't be able to come back to the hostel. She agrees. She says in her mind that she will tackle Reema on her return. SHe has a very sly and determined look on her face. She wonders what to do as if Sagar chachu finds out then she will be in big trouble. She tries to think of an idea to get out of this difficulty she has found herself but cannot. The principal tells her to go.
As she leaves the office she meets Reema who is standing smiling by the door. They both look at each other with hate. Anjali leaves.
Back in G school, everyone is in class. Bebo is making sure everyone remembers the plan, which is to do the opposite of whatever G tells them. G enters. She says good monring to the children. She begins the class by informing them that she has something very important to discuss with them. She tells them that everyone believes that the students in class 3a are just children and that too mischievious children. She doesn't believe this and knows that they are all very smart. Smart children don't need a teacher to tell them what to do and what not to do. That is why she has decided that she will make a government organisation in the class. There will be a president of the organisation. Everyone has to listen to the president. The president then will choose ministers, i.e. dress minister who will make sure that everyone clothes are clean and ok. The rest is said all in mute.
When G back is turned. Bebo comments to a friend that this must be some plan of the teacher. The friend disagrees and is excited at being chosen for a minister. G is listening to all this. Bebo is looking baffled by her friend's response. Everyone agrees to the plan. G asks who will be the president. Agnav gets up and says he will. ALl of his friends ask him to make them ministers. Bebo friends all ask her to be the president or else Agnav will make his friends the ministers. G is watching all this unfold. She looks at G who is smiling secretly. She then looks at Agnav. She then gets up and states that she wants to be class president too. The boys start shouting Agnav and the girls shout Bebo name.
G shouts for silence. She thinks and then says that to decide who will be president, they will have a test and this test. Each of them will handle the class for a day and the person who does well will be president. She asks who will handle the class today. Both put their hands up. G says ladies first and says that Bebo will do so today and Agnav will do so tomorrow.
G calls Bebo to the front and gives her a poem book and asks her to make sure everyone reads a poem from it. She has to handle the class just like a teacher. She tells her that she will be going out of class for a while and she is in charge for the duration. SHe says that if anyone misbehaves then she can punish them,. Bebo smiles and agrees. G leaves the class. Bebo in a loud voice tells the children to take their poem books out and turn to page 25. She begins to read the poem. G standing outside the room smiles seeing this. When the noise gets too loud, Bebo calls for silence and again she warns them that it is their last warning. Everyone settles down again.

All the teacher are gathered in the staff room having lunch. One of the teachers ask G what happened to her class today as usually they make so much noise that they can be heard from miles away. G smiles at this. Aryan asks for clarification and G says yes and that too when she wasn't in class. She reminds him of his idea of a monitor and that is how she did it. Aryan says that is the basic principle of behaviour and she should already know this. She looks a bit frazzled by this question and stammers that yes she knew but he made her remember it. They continue eating. Aryan asks her whether she has taught someone before. She gets solemn and retorts back to him that she only asked him for a suggestion and he is asking her question. She goes on to tell the teachers that she thought to do a joint competition for the children. She says that whoever wins will get a prize. She elaborates on her idea in mute.
Anjali in a taxi. She is worrying over what to say to the family for her unannounced visit. Everyone else will be fine but S chachu. She has the tension of what the principal asked her and the tension of her entry to the house. She thinks and then gets an idea of picking up bebo from school and if she is with her then she can always make an excuse.
G praises Bebo for handling the class so well. She then gives them an activity to do. They are given a topic and they have to draw a picture on that topic. Bebo asks what the topic is. G says its Maa. Anything related to their mothers or their memories etc. Bebo becomes sad. G notices this and asks Bebo what is wrong. She doesn't answer. She asks her to get her books out. She reminds bebo that as the monitor she has to complete the drawing before everyone else. She asks her whats wrong when someone comes and tells g that the principal is calling her. She leaves the class but not before warning bebo that as well as it being her drawing test it is also her test as a president. She smiles.
G and the principal are walking along the corridor discussing G paintings. The principal tells G that all her paintings have all sold at a high price. He asks her whether she is sure that she wants to donate all the money to the students welfare fund. She reassures him that is what she wants. He smiles and then recounts what Aryan told him about her class activity. She tells him of her solution and her belief in giving them their responsibility. He decides to come and see for himself. Some noises are heard.
G goes to her class and sees bebo and Agnav fighting. She is angry and tells them all to sit down. She asks Bebo why the fighting. Another student replies that Agnav was making fun of Bebo drawing. She asks Agnav why he was doing this. He replies that her drawing had nothing to do with the topic. She goes to Bebo and asks to see the drawing. The drawing is in a wad of paper. bebo hesitantly gives G the drawing. G opens the sheet and is shocked to see what is there. Episode ends on G face.
Precap: G is trying to get a taxi. She asks the driver whether he'll go to the market. He refuses. Anjali is walking towards G and not looking where she is going. G moves back and bumps into Anjali. She turns and apologises to her. Anjali is shocked to see her.

Comments: What a good idea of G to make the class be responisble for themselves. I wonder what Bebo has drawn that has shocked G and made Agnav make fun of her. I wonder whether Anjali will mention seeing her mother to S or Shubot or anyone. It would be interesting to see what happens. Will Anjali tell G who she is? We all have to wait for tomorrow to find out.
