Santu's marriage is being set. The biggest day of her young life has come...Santu is apprehensive, she shares with her sister about missing them....her elder sister Khemi replies, the house is just two houses from ours, come whenever you feel like, exactly the dialgoue Santu had said to Khemi when she was set to marry the same man....Oh what a scene I think the best scene on Thursday's episode....absolutely heart wrenching.....aaj ki do baate...
1: DM does not want any worker to leave the factory even for two hours as he has to finish his consignment, Virat reminded him about the challenge and his work being ready on time. DM informs Pinakin that he should convey the same to the workers.....Pinakin is silent but clearly in a dilemma because definitely he wants the consignment to be ready then also realises it is a big day for a family, that too their master craftsman, he no way can make the workers unhappy.....
2: I thought DM promised a lot of money as incentives for the workers.....or is he a very bad paymaster otherwise. Nanaji got only one gold bangle for Santu and is sad about it...he cursed his poverty for not able to provide for his grandchild a good wedding trousseau. Well Santu, like a very good girl, immediately puts aside the new things and keeps her old items on it...having her parents' memories, while Khemi and Nanaji look on tearfully. Nothing is wrong with the scene, lovely but I do not want all correct Santu, not like the usual TV heroines....she is a young girl and marriage is dream for many of her age, she may be getting married in place of her sister but she is bound to feel some kind of excitement alongwith fear maybe. She should have normal young girl's emotions. It would have been more apt if shown that Santu accepts her new gifts, admires them but at the same time does not want to leave her old ones, because there are various memories attached to them. Yes I would have loved to see it that way, please do not make Santu mahaan or divine, show her as a normal 17/18 year old girl, who is not correct all the time, it will be more fun to watch it that way and more close to reality. Good does not mean too good and bad too bad....
Jate Jate...there are few things I would like to see in the serial, in the future when she is married to DM, like she is all lost in the big household of which she is a mistress, a very childlike, maybe sitting on the wall and resorting to her old habits which is very unlike DM expects from his wife....and no big lectures from her informing a man twice her age what is right and what is wrong, yes DM will learn from her by observing her....
Last but not the least.....I want Pinakin to call DM, Mota Bhai when they are alone, as he addressed him in past episodes....I liked it, kind of gives a sense of great chemistry and trust.....of course he is Pinakin's malik but Pinakin is different than other employees. Bloopers are taking place already, after mehendi was done, the hand got dried too quickly and two scenes afterwards there was nothing in the hand...well I know in TV detailing is very difficult to maintain but since Ekta is putting so much effort why not a little more....Your thoughts friends, love Tin
