This is surely an ironic issue of Prevention, coz it mainly features on getting slim and features the very plump Vidya Balan, obviously airbrushed and angled to look thin. You agree?

i think it aims to show ppl how embarrasing it can be when ur grossly over weight yet u dont accept it n give certain poses making u look even weirder...n obviously any one better than vidya in it...nooo

Vidya has lost weight you could tell from the marathon pieces if it was any other star then they would be given credit becuase its vidya its airbrushing.
