So long as rajdeep and Torsah ae in, am happy......
They are the only ones worthy of the INDIAN IDOL crown
rest all are ok-ok
prasenjit and bhavya would have bene good for saregama
I don't see them as indian idol material
sourabhee, remo, kapil are not very good singers

By contrast, I found Rajdeep's voice quality insipid and boring though he always sings in key. I preferred Mohit's voice by far because of its punchy, lively tenor (recall his rendition of "Bijuria").
In II4, stage performance, charisma and flair are as important components of the title as voice quality. From that angle, I would rate Bhanu's loss a bigger setback than compared to losing Rajdeep, Prasenjeet or Torsha.
Worst would have been losing Sourabhee since after keeping all the "Idol-worthy" qualities in mind I consider her the most deserving contender for the II4 title now especially after her Jan 16 performance.
Best elimination scenario today would have been Remo- but since he seems to have the undeserved protection of angels - I would have accepted Kapil or even Bhavya or any of the others except Sourabhee, Bhanu, Torsha or Prasenjeet.
Bummer.

Good, I fully agree with your points. Sourabhee should be the winner now. You are right though Rajdeep sings perfect but still something is missing like in his singing when we hear. I think he does not put that emotion to the songs words. Mostly he concentrates on technicality, may be that is why.
Though I am a Bengali and i am also trained in Bengali, Classical and Ghazals since childhood and watching SA RE GA MA PA since last 15 years and my judgements and comments were always matching with that of the judges and my own Guruji's with whom i always shared and discussed the contestants singing. I always chose the winner and it was always right.
Anyway, i love music and dance and live with it.

Some of you are very happy with Bhanu gone...Some of you are not...
I appreciate the determination he had and the never give up attitude..He was consistantly good..better than
Remo and some others..I guess, in india talent and determination doesn't count much..People see what they see on the screen..it's very easy for people to change sides....go for the talent and vote sincerely....

Finally! Bhanu's eliminated. Looks like the Shini controversey finally affected his votes.
