Rishi Kapoor has worked with Big B often before, most famously in Amar Akbar Anthony and now Chintu is working with Small B.
"He is like family," said Rishi Kapoor, "I have worked with Amitji in many films and so have seen Abhishek over the years as a kid because he often used to come on sets."
He said that as Abhishek grew up, he developed into a fine man.
"He went to Switzerland to study I remember and even there he was unchanged. It was wonderful to see that even having lived abroad, he kept his values," Rishi said, "He likes to respect his elders." And Rishi also seemed pleased with the manner in which this respect was shown. "When were were shooting in Sambhar in Rajasthan, all the crew decided to play antakshari one day," he said, "and Abhishek kept singing songs from my films one after another."
And Rishi praises his work as well. Now, during the making of Delhi 6, "I've come to know him as an actor and what I fine actor he is," Rishi said, "he has some really intense scenes in the movie and there is one in particular that he executed with such intensity that everyone around, including me, became very emotional."
"I'm really keen to work with him in future as well," he said.
Rishi Kapoor plays Abhishek's father's friend in the movie, which releases February 20,2009.
