Look at it from a bright side - it DOES generate sympathy for him and certainly manages to get sympathy votes.

OBJ, I agree with you when you say Kapil is not the best singer but he is not the worst either. I do not know why you make so much fun of him. he has not done anything wrong to you. He is giving his very best in the competition like everybody else.
