"Sindoor" is the red thing that hindus wear on head.

Husband put "Sindoor" on girl's head to make her his wife.

And "Shuhagan" mean the "being in the state of wife".

And "Sindoor bin Shuhagan" means "A wife without Sindoor".

Sorry for my poor explaination as i am not a hindu.

Yup thats what it is. A Hindu married woman is expected to wear sindoor as a symbol of her being married. It has a lot of significance. "Sindoor Bin Suhagan" means "A married woman without Sindoor".
