According to the recent media reports, former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen too, bowled over Abu Salem with her lively and chirpy style.
She was introduced to Salem during one of the shows he had organised in Dubai where Bollywood stars were to perform. A new entrant to the industry then, Sushmita had totally charmed the don and the couple even met several times between 1995 and 1999 in Muscat, Burami Oasis and Dubai.
However, the don has denied having any affair with Sushmita at point in his life. Sushmita who is very busy with her career was unavailable for comment.
We hear that is she set to launch her own production company.
There were also rumours that she planned to make a film on Rani Laxmibai and intended to play the title role. It is said that, she had approached director Dr Chandraprakash Dwivedi to direct the film but Dwivedi respectfully declined her generous offer.
We hope Sush comes clean on these reports and gives us her side of story as well.
