After Siddharth, Aastha to quit Babul?

After Siddharth Shukla, who played the male lead in Babul ka Aangan on Sony TV, leaving the show, news now suggests that Aastha Choudhary too has decided to do something similar.
"The story line now is not convincing. Babul started off pretty well but slowly it took some other track… ek aisa track jo original concept se kahin door hai," says Aastha who is not very happy with the way things are going.
But the production house says that they know nothing about heir lead wanting to leave the show.

"Aastha can't quit as she is lead. We've given her break and she will never decide on some thing like that. She hasn't spoken to us about her exit and is still shooting," says an official.

But according to Aastha, she has already spoken to the producer Ratna Sinha. "I've spoken to Ratna and most probably the track would get back to how it was earlier," she says, "Babul is my first show and I will always remain attached to it. If I leave I will miss everything about it. I share a great equation with Itishree, Navni ji and Siddharth (who has now left the show) and will miss them for sure," replies Aastha sadly.

There are also rumors that Itishree aka Shilpa who shot last in December has also left but the production house cleared the air about that too.

"She is there but her character for the time being has been minimized. She will be got back when required," says the official.

Siddharth Shukla who played Shubh was asked to leave the show after he began to throw tantrums on the sets.

All these Comments from Astha & Sid Shukla.. About Babul's Concept being Changed into thriller.. is the reason for quitting the show is JUSTIFIABLE .. With the best interest of the show ..their wish should be granted .. They have revealed to the public --their intellectual side is not well equipped with Business skills .. Revenue Mgmt & environmental skills .. Not flexible to change nor Can adapt to diff culture-- habitats of ppl ..

T.V industry is an entertainment Business .. Producer's have to be flexible to change always .. They have to Plan their serials as per the Trp's Fluctuations which determines the worth of the actor & popularity of the serial.. Both are dependant on each other ..they have to position themselves with proper script as per veiwers Profile against Trps..

If the concept is not selling .. producer's have to produce What is selling to stay in the Market ..Happy Customer's leads to Happy unit..

PPL R here to earn Money .. not promote Astha Chaudhary.-Sid Shukla.. If they R not pulling money..Box office Power..
What choice does the prod house has other than change the concept of the story..Ratnaji gave them lead role killed Swayam & suffered loss.. These 2 are highly unprofessional using the media for public Sympathy ..which they'll not get..

Without Doubt show is watched by Rahil Fans ..
Thriller Concept will sell with Rahil in lead with someone New not Astha .. Janata has made their decision..

If Ratnaji has money to waste on Astha ..that's her choice..She'll not click..& Rahil knows his fans don't want to see him with her..coz she is not a healthy spirited Person..

Her stiffness & personna --inner negativity reveals on the screen..that reduces box office Power..I don't control Rahilji's decisions .. but I personally Don't want Rahil Azam working with her..
My perception of Rahilji is...He is a simple hearted Person with simple taste.. inspite of his worldly exposure of life ..he is very very warm & genuine from inside.. Woman Power is something he is not proficient in handling ..He is a regular guy with manly attitude .. not into too much of feminine complicated games.. Controversial PPL are capable of making any moves ..cannot be trusted..

Who would've thought ..she'll make a decision to quit .. MIND GAME tactics to control Ratnaji... holding her LEAD position as a leverage against her..She feels by doing this Ratnaji will give into her demands..well even if Ratnaji gives in ..public will not ..My gut instincts says that..
She has revealed open dislike for Rahil with Trps Soaring ..has no reason to quit..So much hate for what ..PPl like this spoil the work atmosphere in the unit ..PPL will return that hate to her in Magnifold..Destiny is built by our own thoughts ..deeds & character.. She has revealed all abt herself..

If I was in Ratnaji's Place ..Would've replaced her without a 2nd thought..PPL like that can never bring happiness & prosperity in business or veiwers..inner strength is weak..force of gravity is nil .... cannot pull crowd..
They are not fit for lead roles..They have lot of learning to do...Kindly do not waste ppl's time & energy.. Removing them..is the right thing to do.
PPL watch 2/3 serials a day..choose the best..With these 2 in Casting Babul is flopping..

If Ratnaji follows Astha .. puts show's track like earlier will be heading towards severe Financial loss ..with her as lead..leading to closure of the show.. that's a bad business strategy..LET ASTHA GO..

Babul is her first show ..probably the last..all mind games she is playing is a total damage to her career.. she is holding her position as a leverage against Ratnaji's weakness..

Giving into Tantrums & mind Games could be a serious image tarnish for prod house .. I think you shud focus more on saving UR image ' not credibility of Astha Chaudhary.. When PPL select serials ' Reputation of prod house also counts..Why do you think Balika Badhu is doing well..same viewers R following S.phere..

Incapability to handle conflicts & stars is not a very flourishing image..PPL choose 2 / 3 / 4 serials per day no more than that..if you can't handle conflicts now.. ppl will not come to see any serial of your's..this will be the same situation always..why would anyone invest time & energy in future..

SUGG -REMOVE ASTHA ..Sid & Itishree .. let them go..Replace them with someone else with Rahil Azam .. do not give them the power to rule you..You are the Owner..

Without Rahil ..show will not pick up speed ..you might as well wrap it up now or if you have money to throw away on Astha ..there will be no returns ..you may do so..choice is your's.. She will not click with anyone..Performance Standards are Poor..She has not connected with the audience..coz akarshit karne ki shakti is zero..which comes from inner goodness..

She projects a sweet image .. She is not pretty from inside .. Casting is not sound ..HUMAN BODY IS a combination of Materialisation..Vibration & Radiation..You have to see what kind of energy is vibrating in your workplace ..What Impact it is having on your productivity..Market .. Profitability..

You have to feel all neg spirits create tracks to eliminate their character & replace a new positive track..assert control ..stabilize your platform ..change casting ' concept ..if necessary..to stay in business ..Money is not growing in trees..it is your hardwork ..do not allow ppl to put you in a weak situation..It is your business..safeguard your interest..ignore all ..take a strong stand..

You Never focused on the stats of silent viewers who come to the Forum but changed script as per few viewers calling themselves as shubh lovers / fans ..& killed Swayam without assessing the cause & effect with an alert mind .. did not assess whether these viewers are truly fans ..or could be competitors ..Any time ..there is an action ..there will be reaction ..You did not weigh the strength of each actor..whether they had the power to Rule & overpower all the odd's that'll come with it

When insecurity creeped up between Shubh-Astha , instead of removing them or managing them ..You killed the tree that gave you sweet fruit & forced bitter fruit on the viewers..they rejected..walked away..you came back to square one..BAD BUSINESS STRATEGY..

Your show has come to this state for vesting your faith in wrong places.. & giving credit to wrong ppl ..Astha & Sid have made no contribution to the success of the show..They are walking away with someone's else's hard work .. naturally fans will react..Nature settles all scores via super natural forces..

Kindly do not blame the downfall of the show on the strike ..
