Vaishali has great voice quality. Her voice is suitable for all types of songs. She always sings with a "feeling" to the song. She's also very sincere.

I lreally like Soumen's voice too, but I have a feeling he'll be the next to be eliminated. He's got great singing skills though.

Yashita doesn't have as great singing skills as the other singers that were in SRGMP even a few weeks ago. Her voice is only suitable for very select type of songs. If she tries to sing a song that's not her "type" she usually can't bring out the essence of the song. She can only effectively sing songs that carry the same "attitude" that she does, which I'm not a big fan of. She seems over-confident. I would rank them.
