Sorry Beena if this is an 'out of the way' posting but just thought I would voice some views...

In our happy times and while visiting this fun forum I have to think that there are those that are suffering in the world. The people of Gaza are going thru some hard times...and religion aside its hard to imagine how people can hurt each other so much. Its the children and the waste of innocent life that pains me...

So if you can just share a thought or atleast a small prayer whichever religion you believe in and pray for peace everywhere be it India, Pakistan, middle east and Gaza. The fact that we can sleep in a quiet, comfortable bed and eat a wholesome meal in a day is such a privelidge we cant imagine...

Again sorry for anyone who feels this is an inappropriate posting but as this forum allows you to voice your thoughts and share happiness its also helps to share some thoughts that play on our minds too...

Very well said Shafz. It is absolutely unfair for the children & the innocent to be suffering like this.

May God bring peace to our troubled lands and give people the strength to endure in the meanwhile.

I have highlighted the part that applies here.

I don't know why ppl fight and hate each other in the name of race or religion when all the religions say help thy neighbour and like to pray for the end of hatred and violence and suffering .

May god make this earth beautiful place like I have imagined in my poem. where no one is suffering or hurting and all we have is love and peace.

I especially feel bad for all the innocent human beings who were at the wrong place at the wrong time and got hurt or killed. True children should not be hurt as they are a gift from god and they have right to live their life to the fullest.

I completely agree w/ you. I pray that there will be peace all around and that people will be safe regardless of race or religion especially children who don't even understand what is happening around them. It's the children that get hurt or die that affect me the most because they haven't even been given the chance to experience life properly and can't even defend themselves!

I am disappointed with the whole world right now...so much for peace and equality and human rights...

god bring peace and love on this earth those two gem that has been stolen from this wonderfull ocean, god bring tolerance and forgiveness in this orchard that two fruits has been eaten by evils, god give human being eyes that can only see kindness and trust, give voice that can utter only word of wisdom and praise for others. god if you cannot give all this than who will believe that you are there for us? because saitan has given his evilness to many who worship for him, so please to keep our trust intact in you give the gift of the world where everyone live happily, where fight and hatred has no place.

I often think, why there is so much hatred for each other. The world is such a wonderful place to live, why dont we share happiness among each other. Whenever i hear this prayer, i really feel it from heart and really pray for it:

Ishwar Allah tero naam, sabko sanmati de bhagwaan.
