we have discussed it no. of times but we shall repeat with pleasure for you:
1. stronghead attitude of Lalit
2.Lack of major hit after Hum Tum,
3. strong differences in Jatin & Lalit regarding fees, how to survive in industry etc.
4. lack of projects in hand

Music always suffers when a team breaks, remember what happened to Pink Floyd after Dave Gilmour & Roger waters parted ways.......??
