More good news! This day just keeps getting better and better! Firstly, I find out Taylor is staying as Jacob in New Moon and will not be replaced. Secondly, I discovered that I have another week off from school because of REGENTS week and I already passed all my regents exams in June so I get to stay home all week.😆 And Thirdly, I found out that there's finally a release date for the Twilight 2-disc Special Edition DVD!!! I am in such a great mood today! I haven't been this happy for a long time, because of midterm exams, PSAT/SAT, etc.
The release date of 'Twilight Two Disc Special Edition DVD" is March 21st!!!
So that is exactly four months after the release of the movie in theaters. The DVD will have deleted/extended scenes so I'm very excited to see those deleted scenes, especially the deleted scene in which Edward and Bella are walking alone and then Edward trips Bella and they fall back into the leaves and Edward takes a bite of Bella's finger.😳 That's how Catherine Hardwicke described the scene in an interview. Catherine also said that there is a scene in which Edward and Bella say 'I love you' to one another. And then, there's that Midnight Sun scene in the DVD which I am so impatient to see. I'm impatient to see all the deleted/extended scenes!😳 I'm going to buy the 'Twilight Two Disc Special Edition DVD' right when it releases!!!😃

Summit Entertainment has announced the vampire drama Twilight is tentatively slated to hit DVD on March 21st. That's a four month turnaround for the successful adaptation of Stephenie Meyer's novel which opened November 21st. No specs have been announced, but you can probably bet on a few making-of featurettes and, according to the director, a slew of deleted scenes.
To date, Twilight has grossed $177 million domestically and $262 million worldwide. We'll update this spot when official specs are announced!
