She may have turned down the lead role in Rajkumar Hirani's 3 Idiots , but Kajol is game for a cameo in the movie, all for Aamir Khan's sake.

Kajol became highly selective in signing films after her marriage and made a comeback with the film Fanaa opposite Aamir Khan . And now, the two could be seen together again in '3 Idiots'.

When it comes to cameos, Kajol has only done them in films by close friends like Karan Johar , Aditya Chopra and Shahrukh Khan . This time, it's for Aamir, though the actress had not so pleasant relation with the perfectionist Khan while working in 'Ishq'. But they broke the ice when they worked in 'Fanaa'.

'3 Idiots' is a screen adaptation of Chetan Bhagat's most successful novel 'Five Point Someone' and boasts a plethora of actors like Kareena Kapoor , paired opposite Aamir for the first time, Madhavan , Sharman Joshi and Mona Singh aka Jassi.

The movie's first leg of shooting is over and it is one of the most-awaited films of 2009. It is reported that Aamir convinced Kajol for the cameo in the film.

As for now, the diva is working in Karan Johar's movie My Name Is Khan opposite none other than Shahrukh, with whom she shares an amazing on-screen chemistry.
