Vaishali is role model of Poor Janta in India

Vaishali is role model that very poor and destitute, coming from a family which had no food do have immense talent.

All the contestants are way well off then her. Despite coming from excruciating poverty and misery (unimaginable) she has so much talent and dignity. When I see her talent I salute her human spirit..it is a real triumph.

She reassures my hope in human spirit to overcome extreme poverty and hunger and rise to the top.

Vaishali is a good singer. Period. Please don't undermine her talent by bringing up such irrelevant topics. She should win because she's GOOD, no other explanations needed.

even if she didn't have sympathy votes with her i would vote.

The only reason I vote for her and want her to win is because she is the best singer of all the contestants. FULL STOP.

This is what turns me offf...subject like this....I am sorry if I sound rude..

Why not just concentrate on contestant's singing??

Why bring up other personal matters into consideration & undermine the talent...So sad..

Vaishali is good singer period and she deserves to win...B/C she is the best of the lot....Not because she is poor or her husband has some health issues...Just my 2 cents...

vaishali is not the role model of poor people, she should be the role model for everyone, she has proved that if you are talented and determined no matter what adversities fate has for you, you can succeed if you are honest towards your talent.

If you have a good voice and the motivation to become big, You can train yourself to a large extent in music even if you are poor by listening to good singers like rafi and lata. Vaishali and Poonam have proved it. Definitely she is role model for people who may be in adverse circumstances.

At least 50% to 70% Indians are very poor and we see very few of them come to the top, if all things were equal they should be 70% contestants from very poor families. Majority of the contestants are from middle class families.

I don't want anybody to vote due to sympathy..if that was the case then Vaishali can not become a role model. Vaishali can only become a good role model if she wins by fair means not by sympathy.

I love her voice and think that she has come up against all odds.
