Yeah, Yeah I know your annual psychology lecturer is back with her favorite subject.
So anyways, the course of my topic today: Psychoanalysis of Kripa and Angad.
No dears, for all of you who are unaware of the psychological term "Psychoanalysis" let me explain it to you. Psychoanalysis is a psychological approach founded by the famous Sigmund Freud. This approaches main objective is to view the human personality as a result from interactions between the conscious and unconscious factors. Although, we wouldn't be good friends, since we would disagree a lot, and more to the fact that I tend to believe in the practical and logical cognitive approach and Carl Jung's Humanistic Approach. Inspired by Pallavi di's question, I have daunted on this task to psycho-analyze our duo. And also I have noticed that many of you have some misconceptions about them, so I want to clear them to you. I hope you all don't mind me, preaching love once again, like old times!
Angad – He slashes words of hate to Kripa. He is havocking her life, and shredding all the twiddle birds around her. He claims to do this only because he is embedded with deep hatred for Kripa, because she sent him to jail, for a crime he never sinned at all. But, unconsciously, he loves her. Now, you might be thinking why am I saying he is not aware of his love. He admits he loved Kripa, in the past tense, because now hatred is coated on the surface of his heart, but in actuality, that love still resides in his subconscious. Look, at that tape recording scene, he was on the verge of loosing himself into those cute eyes of Kripa. Also, you can see the yearn in his eyes, that's a sign, that he's unconscious desires are popping up, into his consciousness constantly. I really think Angad needs to be treated with Free Association. Free Association is the treatment that consists of talking whatever comes into your mind without censoring or editing the flow of ideas or memories because he needs to let all the aches in his heart pour out. All the pain he carries is a burden in his heart that provokes him to burn and to burn others.
Although I would most definitely like to call Angad's behavior regression, it's still not in the soave of it.
Kripa – She is wedded to Prithvi, she claims to love him, but whenever Angad pops up to use throttling stinging words at her, her eyes betray her. That same yearn is apparent in her eyes as well. Okay, let's take a peak into the infamous consummation scene of Prithvi and Kripa, and let's explore how Kripa reached this decision. She has been married to Prithvi for quite a long time now, isn't it? She did not claim to love him then, and did not let him touch her. But, then we have the bashing entrance of Mr. Zaib yani ke our Angad, and she begins to develop intimate feelings for Prithvi. Now, tell me is that the reality? Of course, not, because she can't realize a few hours before that loves Prithvi. No, only after spitting angry words at Angad, since somewhere in her subconscious she knew that her love for Angad has not evaporated into thin air, so she wanted to prove Angad wrong, to prove herself wrong, though she did not let this surface to her consciousness. She switches on her cell, whilst talking to Prithvi, so Angad can hear them conversing about how both Kripa and Prithvi are going to start a new life together. Now, tell me, if she loves Prithvi, how does she remember Angad amidst all this? Because truly and eternally she loves Angad, and him only.
You know, on second thought, Kripa would also do good with Free Association, just on the lighter side, and I would also define her actions kind of like Regression, though on a lighter note. Sigh! These two have similar minds.
Now remember sweethearts, man's greatest feat is his heart and his greatest defeat is his mind. So, try and look at Angad keeping this perspective in mind. And also, a woman's greatest feat is her heart and her defeat is her heart. Think about Kripa alright?
Now, don't go thrashing me, I just want to pour some honey-suckled psycho-analysis thoughts in to you. And, let some psychology teaching come into this forum, like I used to do months ago!
