Celebs look back on the year 2008!

We have reached the end of this year – 2008 has been great for a few, not that good for some and very difficult for others. But how it has been for TV celebs? We caught up with some of the stars to find out how the year 2008 has been.

Karan Mehra
This year has been good for me both personally and professionally. I enjoyed hosting, got recognition in 'Pari Hoon Mein' and am also going to sign a film. So it has been a great year but the Mumbai attack was the drawback that was a bad thing for human kind.

Anurag Basu
It was not all that great for me because none of my films released this year. It was a rather dull year for me and during the awards functions, I felt sad that I had to just sit there and applaud for others and do nothing else.

Alok Nath
It was a pretty nice year…there was nice work and appreciation. I feel good to be a part of the number one serial ('Bidaai') and overall, this year was a happy year for me.

Vibha Chibber
It was a very nice and organised year for me. It was a good thing that 'Bidaai' won five awards and my name was nominated in the 'Best Supporting Actress' category. Also, I had some good movies like 'Ghajini'. So both personally and professionally, it was a good year for me. But the Mumbai terrorist attack was a disaster and I hope that 2009 will be a much better year for everyone.

Preeti Puri
This year was wonderful though the last part was sad because of the Mumbai attack. So I will not have any celebrations but keep myself busy with shooting and spend some time with family. But overall, it was a nice year for me.

Everything was fine, beautiful and peaceful for me this year. And I hope everyone has a beautiful year ahead.

I think it has not been really great for all of us since we are all shattered because of the Mumbai attack. But otherwise it has been quite good for me because all is going stable with me. My marriage happened a week ago, I got some very nice offers, including playing a 92-year-old woman, and some appreciation as well. So overall, it has been a mix of good, bad and ugly.
