I don't think Veer is Jai Walia's son and neither is Vicky. No matter how much the 'creatives' try to insinuate similarities between these two 'characters' and JW - they are light years away from being even an ounce close to JW's character.
Anyways, I think that Veer is the result of parthenogenesis. This is where an offspring is a product of as*xual reproduction. There is no need for fertilization from a male. Usually the offsprings are females but why expect any logic from KS. It is a shame to blame any man for for being intimate with Pia and creating a child with her....so let it be her own devil spawn that she created.
Parthenogenesis only occurs in plants and some animals never humans as it would be an immaculate conception...This is not a concept I would use to describe Pia's pregnancy since there is nothing immaculate about her character.
