Saf n Maria in living room and Saf asks Maria who Amir is. Maria is shocked to hear this question, Saf repeats her question and Maria ask what did he tell her? Saf says that he said he is her fianc. She asks why she hid everything and tells married Dani. Maria has no answers to her question.
Dad asks mom where Saf n Maria are? She says that they went for shopping. Dad tells her to ask Danial that he should take care of Maria and treat both of them equally. Mom tells that he loves Saf very much and he cant share it with anyone else and says that she is worried that Saf will start getting jealous with Maria if Danial starts liking Maria.
Maria is in her room lying and Saf enters and ask how is she. She checks her and says that she is suffering with high temperature. Maria says its not that big and will be okay soon, but Saf asks her to go check with doctor to which she doesn't listen. Danial enters and Saf tells him about Maria's fever and goes to get soup. Danial asks her to come with him for the doctor and Maria couldn't refuse. Saf comes back and ask mom where Maria is? Mom says that she has gone to doctor with Danial. Saf says that she didn't listen to her at first, mom says how can she refuse to Danial who must have asked her with love, Saf is kinda jealous to hear this.
Alizeh's madam is praising about her to Saf, Alizeh enters and asks for Maria. Saf asks her to show her report card but Alizeh says that she has promised Maria to show her first, and can't show it to Saf. Saf feels angry but smiles in front of Madam and tells Alizeh to get Fahad. Madam then says that Saf is very lucky to have Maria at home to help kids in their studies as she is the best teacher of their school. Saf now feels extremely bad.
Mom is trying to make pickle, Saf enters and asks what she is doing? Mom says that she is trying for the first time herself and asks her to help her. They are trying it the other way and Maria enters and asks about their doing. Mom tells her about pickle, and Maria says that its very easy and they are doing it wrong, she says it has to be made outside in the sunlight and takes all the spices and stuff saying she will do it for them. Mom praises her after she leaves and Saf is Jealous again.
Phone rings and Maria picks it up and at the same time from her bedroom. Its Alina on the phone and tells Maria that she has gotten Amir's email address. Maria is very happy and tells that she will meet her next day, Saf listens to their convo and little bit shocked.
Maria is getting ready the next day and Saf enters and asks if Danial slept on couch last night. Maria is shocked, Saf points to the pillow on the couch and asks again, Maria makes up saying she used it to take rest. Saf says she just asked to make sure everything is going well. Maria says yes everything is going right. Saf says its very good thing and now she should tell this to Amir also, Maria is shocked. Saf tells that she should get over with this before anyone else get to know about it, no husband will bear to see his wife being in relationship with other man. She says all this in a way that she is explaining cum threatening her more.
Safeena enters Saba's house in a rush and ask why she asked her to come soon. Saba tells her that her husband has got hold of a big surgeon from Sydney, and says that she is sending her report to him. Saf says that it is no use and ask not to, but Saba saying that no matter how hopeless she feels about it, she will send it hoping and praying that sumthing good will turn out and instead of hoping for best Saf has made all the schedule of after death, upon asking she says she is talking about Maria. Saf is kinda mad listening to this.
Dad says mom that he is just coming from Wasti and he look very weak; he says that he doesn't listen to him n doesn't want to stay with them. Mom says that let him do what he think is good or else he will get more sick and say that she will ask Maria to go stay with him for few days. Maria brings in coffee for them, dad tells her that her dad seemed little sick and she should go live with him for few days. Maria says that kids are at school and will start asking for her as soon as they come home, so she will call her dad and shall go visit him later. Parents are happy to listen to her attachment to kids n home n praises her.
Saf, Saba n her husband, Jamal are outside of clinic. Saf thanks them saying that she is very happy and don't know how to thank them. Saba tells Saf not to mention about this doctor visit to anyone at home, and give them a surprise once report results are done.
Saf and Maria enters home, Maria is laughing and tells that Fahad is so naughty. Saf tells her that she becomes just like kids when she is with them, and asks not to get so close to them as they soon will get dependent of her. Maria doesn't understand this and says that kids are always kids and it is best to be attached with kids. Saf then changes topic, asking if Maria has talked to Amir yet, Maria says no. Saf then asks wut if someone else tells Amir about her marriage, Maria is uncomfortable and says that perhaps no but why is she asking. Saf says she is just asking and then tells that she shouldn't tell him yet, Maria asks how come she has changed her mind about this. Saf says by this she will be disturbing him mentally as he is doing his project and other reason is that time keeps changing, and may be things would change in these 2 years and thus she should wait for the right time and tell. She says she is only suggesting and it depends on Maria to take a decision and leave Maria confused.
They show taking different medical tests of Saf and Danial waiting outside, and Saf thinking about her kids and prev scenes when she explains about her going to her kids and the other entire cute scenes from the first episode. On the other side, Dani is thinking about different scenes, asking for marriage and all that.
Doctor's office:
Doctor says that it is sad that Saf wasn't getting right treatment and by now tumor has grown a lot, though, there is still time and can't waste more time. He says that they have to operate her this month only and there are very high chances of her survival, Dani and Saf are happy to hear this. Camera freezes on Saf's smiling face.
