December 22, 2008 Written Update

Yuvraj goes to meet Kajri and tries giving her the money, but she refuses. After he leaves, Kajri explains to Rasili that the time is not right yet, and to have patience.

In the girls' room, Jhanvi asks her sisters how she'll know how to behave when she goes to meet Sid. They all set up a table and teach her the proper etiquettes and manners. They get her dressed up, and she's very excited. Menka comes in wondering how to stop Jhanvi from meeting Sid, but Sav enters in praising Jhanvi and Menka is unable to say anything.

Yuvraj goes to meet Kajri again, this time taking her and Rasili in his car to a new home. He settles them in, telling them that he bought this house esp for them. At first Kajri makes a show of refusing, but decides she can't stand staying in that terrible old house anymore and agrees. Kajri tells Rasili that this house is too small and she can never be happy until she has the Garodia property under her name.

Jhanvi and Gauri get to the restaurant and find Sid waiting for them. He hands Jhanvi the menu, but she is confused what to order since she cannot read. Gauri covers up for her telling him that Jhanvi loves orange juice. When their order is ready, Jhanvi spills the juice on herself by accident and Gauri tells her to go clean it up. While she's gone, Gauri shares her happiness with Sid abt how they accepted Jhanvi despite knowing her past. He goes on and on abt how beautiful, well-mannered, and educated she is and how he's lucky to have found her. Gauri is dumbstruck hearing this and realizes that Menka never told Sid's family the truth.

While Gauri sits wondering what to do, Sid and Jhanvi have a nice time together talking and staring into each others eyes. Later when they get home, Gauri stares down Menka while the others tease Jhanvi abt her date with Sid. Menka wonders if Gauri knows abt her lie. End.
