I admire Akshay, says Aamir Khan

• Would you like to comment on the 'ethical' coverage that the media resorts to these days?

The media has undergone a transition with the launching of numerous news channels, hence, the competition of grabbing high TRPs has become the primary objective. My new hairdos make headlines… although I must confess I enjoy every bit of the attention. But I do feel guilty about helping the media go astray from their primary responsibility.

• Any plans of making a film on the recent terror attacks?

I haven't really given it a thought yet. It is a heavy responsibility to deal with a movie based on such a complex issue. If I happen to make a film, then I would promote a feeling of oneness which is beyond caste, creed and religion.

• The theme of Ghajini is revenge. Do you think it will have adverse effects on the youth?

The movie is purely for entertainment. It doesn't have any social message. When you have a bad day this movie will work as an outlet to vent your anger and release your negative emotions. It is a work of fantasy and I don't think it will have any serious repercussions.

• Who is the best actor in the industry today, apart from you?

One actor who I think is a huge star and commands an opening at the Box Office is Akshay Kumar… irrespective of the banner or director he is working with. He deserves all the credit he gets because he has worked hard for it.
